Everest View Trek offers the view of highest peak of the world, Mount Everest where it captured the imagination of generations of people from around the world. Known as Sagarmatha in Nepali, it is the highlight of the Everest region trekking and the reason why trekkers consistently rank Everest region among their top destination for trekking.

Everest View Trek will provide trekkers with the opportunity to enjoy plenty of glorious sights of the renowned peaks of Mahalangur Range like Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Makalu, Nuptse and Changtse. After you get acclimatized it will not be much of a problem to negotiate your way through the serpentine routes across the villages, up and down the valleys, wildlife rich forests, monasteries and stupas.

Everest View Trek is not all about Everest. While it is true that Mount Everest is the mainstay of the whole trek, it will be unfair to reduce the whole Everest View Trekking to Everest. The people and culture you will come across are equally fascinating.

The Sherpas are the local inhabitants of the Everest region. They have lived here for generations and they have a special relation with Mount Everest and the Khumbu region. All through your hike you will get glimpses of their lifestyle, culture and tradition. They have always shared a special bonding with the mountains and know the place like the back of the hand but still show unwavering faith and reverence towards the nature surrounding them.

Everest View Trekking will take you up to Tengboche village, located in the Khumbu region at an altitude of 3,867 meters from sea level. Besides offering spectacular view of the surrounding mountains, the village is also home to the biggest gompa of the Khumbu region, Tengboche Monastery. It is relatively short and takes you through all the major sites of the Khumbu region, the home of Mount Everest.
